Yes, the customer service was impeccable! They responded to my email immediately and were satisfied with the resolution of a minor issue I was having. I am so thankful that they were able to work with me to provide a solution to a small problem I had. The dolls are very beautiful and the overall design is great. The only issue is that the wig isn’t my favorite, but that’s a minor issue. I may try to get a new wig to replace the original one.
